Where it all started…
Growing up, I was one of 6 kids, and was very close to my large extended family. I spent a lot of time with my Grandparents as a kid. My Grandpop always had a camera in his hand taking videos and snapping photos. He was not only constantly taking photos, but printing them as well. Being such a role model to me, I naturally wanted to be like him and so I also got interested in photography.
With my grandparents passing, looking at the photos we have together instantly transports me back to specific special memories with them. This is where I find true the value of photography - I have the ability to freeze a moment in time that you will cherish forever long after our loved ones have passed on.
My background, education and experience…
By the time I graduated high school, I knew that I wanted to be a photographer as my full-time career. After going to college for business administration, I then went to college and obtained my Photography degree in 2015. I’ve lived and breathed photography ever since, and have never regretted it once.
From doing beach portraits in The Hamptons, to managing a photography studio full-time for nearly 5 years, doing more than 1,800 portrait sessions in my career ranging from high school seniors, headshots, families, events, and more. I’ve had the privilege of photographing 175+ weddings of wonderful couples and do not plan on stopping anytime soon.
What matters most to me…
My biggest joy in this world, and the light of my life is my super smart and spunky son. Wyatt has such a big heart, beautiful eyes, and a contagious smile! I LOVE being a boy mom and wouldn’t change it for the world! We have been through so much together and our bond is unbreakable.
My son has changed my entire outlook on life, altering my perspective on what really matters and keeping me grounded no matter what challenges life throws my way.
Your loved ones should always be your top priority in life. I would love to get to know you if we haven’t met before. If I’ve had the privilege of working together in the past, let’s hang out again and let me make some more magic with my photos!
